Solanum lycopersicum
(Tomato, Cherry)
Variety: White Currant
Annual | 65-70 Days to Mature | Indeterminate
Wow! I'll start there with this tomato variety. Hands-down, this is the sweetest and most prolific tomato I've grown. Dozens and Dozens of tomatoes can be harvested from just one plant. Important to note, unless you top the plant, they do get quite tall (mine grew about 6 feet tall), so build hefty trellises. The fruits are very small (about a the size of a quarter) and they ripen quickly. This was also the first tomato variety I harvest from my garden in 2025.
Helpful note: This variety is really delicious fermented as their sweetness transforms into an interesting acidic *pop* in the mouth.
First purchased in November 2024 for the 2025 growing season. Growing again.
